Shiv graduated in India and gained his initial experience working in India and Australia. He attained his master's degree in Manual and sports physiotherapy in University of South Australia in 2009. This broadened his knowledge to provide an expert opinion and diagnosis in even the most difficult of cases.

Shiv’s aim is to integrate his manual skills with an exercise based approach to help speed up patients' recovery and restore their functional goals.

Shiv is also a sports enthusiast and is active in cricket, volleyball, basketball, badminton and table tennis. Being a sports enthusiast he understands the importance of a quick return and he has passion to treat various sport injury to help players to return to pre-injury level.

Shiv has provided Sports Physiotherapy services at many sports events including Australian Rules football, netball, triathlon and cricket.

Shiv is particularly interested in shoulder and knee problems, spinal dysfunction, biomechanics analysis of sports injuries and exercise rehabilitation for muscle imbalance problems.

Adele is a registered physiotherapist with over 20 years of experience.  She has experience in treating national athletes as well as recreational athletes having worked in Singapore Sports Council and Singapore Sports Medicine Centre.  She developed a special interest in helping people with chronic and persistent pain especially back and neck pain.

She is currently an adjunct lecturer for the Graduate Diploma in Sports Medicine at Nanyang Technological University, and she was previously a lecturer for the Diploma Physiotherapy Course at the Nanyang Polytechnic. 

Adele believes that pain is a highly personal and individualized experience, and hence understanding and validating the person having the pain experience is an extremely important part of recovery and healing. She strongly believes in patients being empowered and having more confidence and trust in their bodies and themselves as part of the recovery process.

She combines the best practices of physiotherapy and pain coaching to provide an individualized approach to helping you recover and heal from persistent chronic pain.

Zita graduated with a Diploma in Physiotherapy from Nanyang Polytechnic (Singapore) in 2014 and started working in Ng Teng Fong General Hospital to serve her sponsorship bond. Later in 2015, she pursued a Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy from Trinity College Dublin, which was provided in Singapore Institute of Technology. 

After completion of her studies, Zita worked in the Day Rehabilitation Centre in Jurong Community Hospital for 6 years, where she focused on community rehabilitation for a variety of patients. Patients that were mainly seen consisted of post-operative, geriatric and neurological conditions. 

Zita also has a passion in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy and is looking to pursue that. She is also keen to provide home-based physiotherapy to reach out to those in need of her expertise. 

Aside from being a physiotherapist, Zita is also a dancer since 2011, who dedicates herself to learning about the limits of the human body first hand. She also loves calisthenics training, gymming and hiking in her spare time. In the dance studio, dancers also often reach out to Zita for education on injury prevention or rehabilitation post injuries.

Sharmala has been working as a physiotherapist for since 2005.

She has work experience in community rehabilitation and is currently specialized in the sports and musculoskeletal field. Since 2010, she had worked in private physiotherapy clinics and has been providing home-based physiotherapy as well.

Sharmala has a passion for treating athletes and dancers as well as conducting talks and workshops on injury prevention and management as well as proper office ergonomics.

Most recently she has a new found interest in pre and post natal physiotherapy (women's health physiotherapy) and is looking to pursue that.

Sharmala is always smiling, has a bubbly demeanour and is very friendly. She always goes above and beyond what she can provide for her patients. In her spare time, she enjoys running and going to the gym, as well as enjoys spending time with her two children.

Louise returned to Singapore in 2006 after studying in Scotland, and has worked in an array of rehab settings in Singapore, from public hospitals (Changi General Hospital, Tan Tock Seng Hospital, National Heart Center), Ministry of Defence, nursing homes, private hospital Mount Elizabeth Orchard, before settling to private practice and specializing in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and spinal physiotherapy.

Sharon Seah holds a Masters degree in Advanced Occupational Therapy from New York University. She is also a Certified Hand Therapist, having successfully passed a comprehensive set of tests of advanced clinical skills and theory in upper quadrant rehabilitation.

After working for 10 years in an acute care hospital in Singapore where she specialized in hand and upper limb rehabilitation, Sharon went on to practice at a top Level I trauma hospital in Manhattan, New York. See all the hand therapy conditions she treats here.

There, she further honed her skills while working alongside hand and orthopedic surgeons on complex trauma cases. She is creative, up-to-date and familiar with a wide range of treatment techniques to assist and expedite clients' return to sports, work and other desired pursuits.

Sharon also has an ongoing special interest in carrying out Functional Capacity Evaluations and return-to-work programs. She is dedicated and astute in assessing and recommending options for post-injured individuals

Sharon is outgoing, sociable, and engages well with clients of all age groups and backgrounds. She has a passion for sailing, participating regularly in regattas and races in Singapore and around the region.

She has recently spent two years sailing around the world together with her husband and three cats on a sailing catamaran, experiencing diverse cultures and countries.

Nadzirah graduated with a Bachelors (Hons) in Occupational Therapy in Singapore Institute Technology (SIT)- Trinity College Dublin (TCD). She also learnt deeply about the occupational therapy practices (acute, community and primary care) in Dublin, Ireland.

She started her career in acute care rehabilitation, which also includes upper extremities rehabilitation (orthopaedic, musculoskeletal etc), where she gained experience treating patients with a large variety of diagnosing, assessing as well as treating hand and upper limb conditions.

Upon graduation, she worked in Changi General Hospital and Sengkang General Hospital, where she specialized primarily in hand therapy and upper limb rehabilitation. Over the past 13 years, she has had the pleasure of working with both hand and orthopaedic surgeons in providing quality therapy services for clients with a variety of hand and upper limb conditions, including fractures, sprains/strains, tendon injuries, nerve injuries, repetitive strain disorders and complex trauma injuries.

In 2011, Joanna attaineda Master of Science in Health Ergonomics with Merit from University of Derby, UK. Since then, she has been extensively involved in the provision of ergonomics consultancy,workplace evaluations, and educational talks / workshops to corporate and public sectors.

Joanna enjoys engaging with clients from all walks of life and believes in providing client-centred care so as to ensure that her treatment plans are customised to the needs of each unique individual. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, running, reading, travelling, as well as the occasional binge-watching of Netflix.

In 2005, Nigel graduated with a Diploma in Occupational Therapy from Nanyang Polytechnic (Singapore) and started working in Changi General Hospital to serve his bursary bond with them. 2007 he pursued a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Sydney which was provided in Singapore Institute of Management.

Following the time spent in Changi General Hospital in orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, he developed his passion and interest in the rehabilitation of the upper limb and hand therapy.

He later developed his own treatment style and philosophy, managing patients’ physical pains and problems and taking into consideration the emotional and psychosocial aspect of each patient.

Serene graduated from Nanyang Polytechnic in 2006. She had the opportunity to be attached to Japan's Sapporo University Hospital Hands department for 2 months to hone her skills in hand therapy when she was a student.

She later pursued a Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from Hong Kong Polytechnic University after working in Changi General Hospital for a couple of years. She had the opportunity to work in various settings and various conditions in CGH. 

Serene has rich clinical experience with working with clients in their home setting for various conditions when community access is deemed difficult, for rehabilitation, home modification and powered mobility device training. She has recently developed a keen interest for upper limb rehabilitation.

During her free time, she loves bringing her kid to explore the nature and outdoor play. Serene is sociable and enjoys spending time to understand the psychosocial aspect of her clients and thereby integrating them in her therapy regime. She believes in walking alongside her client in their recovery journey.
