A big thank you to all Phoenix Rehab Group Singapore Therapists as well as supporting Ops team. Without you, this could not be possible.
Phoenix Rehab Group Singapore did a recent SMS survey to follow up with existing and discharged clients (recent up to 1 year ago) who was treated in our clinics in Raffles Place and Orchard Road, to determine the level of outcomes following physiotherapy and rehabilitation treatments with us in Specialist Rehab Group Singapore.
SMSes was sent out to 1484 clients asking specifically about how they are doing now after receiving physiotherapy, hand therapy, Chinese Medicine, massage therapy etc with us, with reference to performance at work, sports and life in general.
We received 150 replies which we grouped the responses according to “Positive” and “Negative” outcomes.
To be precise, I will define what it means to be categorized as “good”, “great” and “awesome” outcomes.
Out of 150 clients who replied back to the SMS, 139 of them (92.67%) fall into this category of Good, Great and Awesome Outcomes.
