a physio who has been working for more than two decades, I use my
experience that I gained in USA and Singapore (outpatient, in-patient
hospital and private clinics), to give a holistic and up-to-date
evidence-based physio care to all my clients.
I am a very hands-on
therapist using manual skills and mobilization techniques in conjunction
with proper exercises based on each individual client that comes in.
The most important aspect of physio is to truly understand the source of
the pain and NOT just the pain the client experiences and to prevent
injury in the future.
I am committed in providing the best care right
from initial contact to the completion of final session. The clients I
manage range from age 5 to 85+; with diagnosis that range from sports
to neck and back pain; from athletes to office workers.

into cycling as well and did my first duathlon Powerman Putrajaya 2018
and came in as 3rd for age grouper. I have also ran Boston Marathon
after qualifying for it in 2014.
I have lived in
Singapore for past 16 years and am Asian American. I have two wonderful
and amazing teenage kids who give meaning in so much I do. I am
originally from Taiwan (migrated to Texas in 1980) and can speak
Taiwanese (Hokkien) and conversational Mandarin.
I love the cultural
diversity of Singapore from expats to home-grown locals that it makes
working here a complete blessing.
