Headaches

A headache is a pain in and around the head and neck area which can have several causes. Headaches can affect individuals differently depending upon cause and severity. Physiotherapy can help through different treatment modalities with some causes of headaches. There are different types of headaches including:

What causes a Headache?

There are many causes of headaches and can differ between different types of headaches. Some of the most common causes of a headache are:

  • Cervical arthritis
  • Stress
  • Lifestyle (food, drink, alcohol, medications)
